My path to the deep.
A spiritual awakening of magnitude.
After twenty-five years of living with trauma and chronic illness, I reached a point where I was ready to fully commit to my own spiritual evolution. I knew there had to be another way to live.
I was done with the shallows. My marriage had unraveled midway through a doctoral degree and I was left to face myself. I suspected that we exist within a much deeper framework, but, despite a lifetime of meditation, I had not yet learned how to reliably work with this deeper ground of being.
This commitment took the form of a self-directed spiritual retreat. I learned how to consciously shift the frequency of my brainwaves—slowing my brainwaves to alpha and theta to somatically sense subtle states of energy, clairvoyantly perceive a greater spectrum of reality, and receive direct guidance.
During this period, I clarified my deepest desire in life: to know Source and live in the eternal reality.
Blue Light Being
On the last day of my retreat, I returned home from a beach walk to what felt like an impossibility at the time: a highly organized, self-luminous sphere of blue light the size of a softball floating three and a half feet off the floor in my living room.
People have asked me if I was afraid. I was not. It was 7:40 on an August evening and I observed the blue sphere for some time in good light. I was not in an altered state. In fact, my analytical mind went into overdrive. There was a being-ness emanating from the sphere that I felt as electromagnetic force throughout my body. A combination of intention, intelligence with a desire to communicate, and a level of compassion I had only felt once before: in my twenties, as I meditated in the presence of the Vietnamese monk and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh.
How could I be afraid of a palpable compassion? I stepped closer to the otherworldly sphere, elbows bent, my arms instinctively raised palm out at my sides. “Blue Light Being,” I said aloud, and the sphere reacted. It transmuted before my eyes into an ecstatic blue flame, like observing fire without a fuel source.
Then the blue light began to communicate.
The first words I heard inside my head: “He had to leave to make room for this experience.” The blue light was referring to my husband. I sank to the floor. Next, I felt the compassionate energy enter through the top of my head. This compassion exceeded the limits of language. It could only be felt. It flooded my mind and body with a love and concern so immense, it encompassed all beings on earth: humans, animals, marine life, plants, insects. I wept. Then I stretched out on my back and said, “I am willing to be transformed."
Integration
That day, I consciously integrated with this light. I call it Blue.
Blue is both my foremost teacher and part of who I am. I am a multidimensional being of light, a spiritual being having a human experience. In this sense, I believe I am no different than anyone else. Blue is an integrated aspect of this deeper ground of being which is non-physical, infinite, and eternal.
Since then, I have integrated with other high-frequency light in the purple spectrum. For those familiar with the electromagnetic spectrum, I work with healing frequencies in the wavelength range of blue, indigo, and violet, as well as white light.
I experience these non-physical energies made of light as evolutionary agents—loving, playful, and infinitely creative presences that have taught me about the world of subtle energy that interpenetrates our physical dimension. Though these Light Beings originate in higher dimensions, they have aided in human evolution since our origins as a species. They are here to help us evolve.
Living with a foot in two worlds hasn’t always been easy. I had to learn how to ground myself, run light energy through my chakras, and practice energy hygiene to stay balanced in these high-frequency energies.
QHHT and Theta Consciousness
When I asked for practical tools to help others consciously evolve, Blue guided me to Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) developed by Dolores Cannon, a pioneer in past life regression and dialogue with the Higher Self.
QHHT works by guiding individuals into theta brainwaves through deep visualization. Through my own mystical experiences, I have come to understand theta brainwaves as a frequency of universal communication—a state through which we access the wisdom of our own multidimensional, cosmic consciousness.
Through this work, I have found success helping others explore their own multidimensionality, heal on all levels, including the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, retrieve lost knowledge, and deepen their own spiritual evolution.
Energy Photography
Human eyes only perceive 0.0035% of the electromagnetic spectrum of light. Let that sink in: we are literally surrounded by light we cannot see. This high-frequency light is also who we fundamentally are. This light energy makes up our subtle bodies, also called our light body or energy body, which is integrated with our physical bodies while we are alive, but survives the death of our physical shell. At our core, we are all light energy interconnected through a universal webwork, or matrix, of light. Quantum physics helps elucidate this deeper energetic reality, as does the ancient Vedic concept of Indra’s Net.
I took my first “impossible” photographs of spiritual energy on the day my grandmother died in 2009, when I felt enveloped by her spirit. Her invisible presence was palpable, though I could not see her with my physical eyes. At that moment, I instinctively took three photographs of myself and was shocked by what I captured: a verdant green field of energy composed of bright filaments of light.
Between 2009 to 2022, I was able to photograph spiritual energies on rare occasions. Then, one evening in my living room, I met Blue. I asked if I could photograph and received a “yes.” Blue’s light energy showed up in my first photo and Blue has been communicating with me photographically, as well as intuitively, ever since.
Since integrating with Blue, the ability to photograph energy outside the visible spectrum of human sight has become a consistent phenomenon for me across multiple camera types. I am currently collaborating with a team of researchers associated with the Archives of the Impossible at Rice University to better understand my body of energy photography and other photographic anomalies.
Learning about the energetic world through photography is a spiritual gift, one I share with discretion. I believe the ability to photograph energy beyond the visible spectrum is evolutionary. My mission in life is to help extend this knowledge to the collective consciousness for the benefit of all beings.
